What Causes Small Blisters On Hands And Fingers?

Hi, I have many small blisters on my hands and fingers. these seem to come on when it gets hot out because I do not have them in the winter, they build up with fluid then break and are very itchy. Looks like poison ivy but as I said only come on when it gets hot

Hi.
As per your case history you are having pompholyx.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
