What Causes Slurred Speech, Hair Loss, Joint Pain And Itchy Rashes With Thyroid Problem?

I have been through about 12 doctors all with different opinions. most recently they were testing me for MS which I have been tested for in the past and they then said maybe it was lupus. I have severe fatigue, hair loss, joint pain to the point the i feel like i cannot move another foot. I am young only 45 and in pretty good heath. I stay very active and eat mostly fresh foods. I do not drink only maybe wine at a wedding. My most recent blood test came back with a ALT of 43 and TSH, 3rd generation of 0.04 also showing a creatine level of 0.48 I also have a Sjogren s antibody SS-B of 5.8. I have been told in the past that I have a thyroid problem and for over a year now have taken synthroid for it. I am getting very frustrated that no one can tell me what is wrong with me. I have boughts of slurred speach, hair loss, joint pain, unexplained swelling in the joints, rashes random itching. weight gain that is really unexplained. vision issues better on some days than others, I take Nexium for ulcers and most of the time it keeps them in check but i also have gastro problems and now have resided to the gastric disturbances as normal. I have been also told that I have severe metabolic imbalance and am Vitamin D and calcium dificient. I had a bone density done and it came back with the results of an 87 year old woman. HELP

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

To judge if the thyroid is the cause of your symptoms there are some more info needed. You need to check ft4 and ft3 and explain if it is primary or secondary hypothyroidism. They change a lot in the follow up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
