Hello, Such pain in not a sign of pregnancy but it can be indicative of ectopic pregnancy. In case you miss your periods entirely then you should do a pregnancy test with the first morning mid-stream urine. Get a vaginal examination done with your OBGYN to detect bulky uterus. Get USG (Uterus and fallopian tube) done to detect ectopic pregnancy or pregnancy. If you are not pregnant then other underlying medical condition like appendicitis, gall stones, gastroenteritis, abdominal muscle strain, etc., may be responsible for such symptoms.
