General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You must do few tests to know exact cause. These are CBC, ESR, ECG, PFT, hemoglobin, vitamin B12 levels, calcium, mg, and urinalysis. These can tell cause and accordingly treatment can be given.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
