What Causes Sleeplessness After Stopping Alepam?
Hi I have just had two major operations and suffered some trauma, I have been taking 15mg of Alepam for a long time about 6 months, now I have not taking any for at least a week and since them cannot get to sleep at night that is why I am still up, is this causing my insominia

Underling cause of insomnia is important, if this is because of anxiety and depression so you need to come out this, try exercise, yoga, meditation, relaxation therapy, these would take some time to bring your natural sleep back be patience till then, have a nice day
