What Causes Skin Allergy?

i have skin allergy for around 10 years.i tested patch test it has parabin mix,fragrance mix,balsm of peru.,now i have white patch in scalp, fingers of hand and reddish wound in legs after itching reguraly. now i want to know what type of skin diseases.
