hi im 31 weeks pregnant and i had a thick slimey whitish clear discharge a week ago and agian yesterday and a little today i havent been feeling the baby move as much but i still feel him some i had a little bit of side pains that woke me up from my sleep but went away fairly quickley iv been having braxon hixs contractions which make it hard to breathe and last night after i ate dinner i almost threw up and now this morning im so nausas that i cant eat at all and im really dizzy can you tell me is this premature labor or just pregnancy?
Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the nausea and vomitings might be due to gastritis.And the vomiting lead to hypoglycemia leading to dizziness.Gastritis is routinely found in pregnancy.Avoid spicy and oily diet.Take antacids.Usually Braxton hicks are painless and irregular.But as you had discomfort and there I'd associated vaginal discharge I suggest you to consult doctor.As it needs vaginal examination to see for any cervical changes to rule out preterm labour.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day because even dehydration also leads to.uterine irritation and pain.But nothing to worry.
