What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Headache, Rash On Neck, Nausea After Diagnosed From Constipation?

I was diagnosed with constipation 3 weeks ago. I was feeling normal for just one week. Then I ate general tso chicken(a lot of it ) l. Then on New Year's Eve I ate a lot of stuff like roast pork , rice , grapes, And apple cider. Now I feel bad, very weird after I took an enema. I have shortness of breath and a headache also a bit nauseas. I tried drinking more water adding a lot of fiber . I am 16 and it's the first time I felt like this. Can I also be gluten sensitive i have a rash on my neck

Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through your case and do not worry.This might be only through over eating and rashes due to some food or environmemtal allergy.I will advise you to take antacid for 7 days morning empty stomach and evening before dinner.Also take any antiallergy like cetrazine or allegra 120mg once a day for 3 days.Your fiet will ne very simple with more fiber.Hope your problem will ne solved.If not solved after this then consult to any local doctor.
