What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Wheezing?
For about two months now i have been short of breath and comes and goes , even when i lay down at night it wakes me up. Which i have allergies and asthma. But i cough alot to and have a bad taste in my mouth everyday. I have to hit my inhalers alot more than usual. My asthma has never been this bad, it use to act up once in a blue moon but now it is a everyday thing for me. Last week i used some theraflu cold medcine for my cough an running nose. My cough seems a little better but my shortness of breath and wheezing is still going on along with a bad taste in my mouth! But when i do cough i spit up clear thick mucus no other color but white! I don't have to do anything to get short of breath and wheez!

You have asthma type 1 hypersensitivity.
According to history it seems to be worsening .
So first you have to take regular maintainance foracort 200 twice a day regulatlt .
Whenever sever attack with difficult breathing for immediate relief you can take nebulization by levosalbutamol and budesonide.
Try to avoid exposure to allergen like dust, pollen , certain food etc.
Allergy test can done to search for allergen.
Bad mouth test is becoz of powder in metered dose.maintain oral hygiene with gargles after using pump.
Garlic, onion , ginger are some useful herbal remedy for asthma.
If you have repeated blocked nose by viral infection steam inhalation taken
Do regular moderated exercise and avoid smoke .
