What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Fatigue After Quitting Smoking?

I quit smoking 104 days ago after smoking for about 20 years. There are times where I find myself short of breath, been extremely tired no matter if I get rest, and getting a lot of headaches as a result. Is this just all part of the recovery process once one has quit smoking after such a long time?
