What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Chest Discomfort?

I get short of breath whenever I get angry and it feels like there s a weight on my chest. This has been going on for a while...and strangely never happened before I was stung by a wasp about 2 years ago. I had a bad allergic reaction to the wasp sting that felt alot like the breathing difficulty I have now when my anger flares...but the wasp sting reaction was more severe and there was swelling. I now live in Costa Rica, which is also where the wasp stinging occurred.

Hello welcome to the health care magic

By wasp sting bite you have allergic inflammation reaction & because of that bronchoconstriction occured and so Dyspnea present

For relief from allergic inflammation and for treatment you might need steroid which is excellent drug in relieving allergic reaction

If allergic inflammation more than steroid shot of injection will be given

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult er or physician nearby for examination and further work up accordingly
