Hi,
I have a major problem. My hands starts shivering when i get nervous and stress. I am unable to hold even a pen also at that time. I dont have any health problem. I showed to Neurologist doctor. I took some homeopathy medicines. It did not work out. Also i tried Yoga and hypnosis but it also did not cure my hand shivering problem.

My hand starts shivering only when I get nervous and Stress, This makes me embrassed of myself and make me avoid from mingling from people.

So please suggest me some tips to overcome my hand shivering problem
