What Causes Shivering Along With Joint And Knee Pain?
Hello dr. My question is related to My blood report. ESR. 40. (1-20) Uric acid. 7. (2-6) Rheumatoid factor. Negative. Why ESR is so high... I am 35 yr old lady over wgt , fever for last 5days,evening I shivers . joints pain, can t sit for more than 10 to 15 mins. When I walk sounds comes from my knee with pain..somebody recommend me of taking steem bath as for swelling ..for couples of days I feel well .but again join pain started..should I continue Steam bath. Plse advice me..
hi..as per the info shared..there might be some joint inflammation as suggested by raised esr and pain..uric acid is also on the higher side..u need to avoid high protein diet such as pulses sprouts etc..drink lots of water..take some anti inflammatory analgesics for few days to reduce inflammation and pain relief..it shud be fine within few days..in other case, u need to visit an orthopaedic. .thanks..
