What Causes Shifting Pain/discomfort Of Joints In Body?

Hi, I'm 25/female, 5'10, 155 pounds. About 6 months ago, I started experiencing a pain in my right shin (almost like a throbbing). I should mention that I ran pretty regularly - about 3x a week - and ate very healthy. Not too long after the shin pain started, the pain progressed up to my right knee. The knee got very swollen and it hurt to run or squat down on my right knee. It also hurt in the back of my knee when I tried to bend down and touch my toes. Initially I felt a discomfort when walking (more prevalent in the morning but it went away after I moved around a bit), but this seems to have gone away for the most part. Blood tests, and ANA tests have all come back negative for an auto-immune or inflammatory disease, and my MRI revealed that I have a partial tear in a muscle in the back of my knee. After running around to 3 different doctors (2 Sports Medicine docs who were very concerned with the level of swelling in my knee, and a rheumatologist who said the swelling wasn't that bad), I still don't have a solid answer to what's going on. The rheumatologist suggested a shifted kneecap because up to the time of my appointment with him, I had no other pains in any other part of my body. Literally the day after I went to see him, I started getting random "discomforts" all over my body. They tend to stay on mainly the left side but sometimes there's discomfort on my right side as well. Most frequently, these discomforts occur on the joints on my fingers, my left palm, on both wrists (ouside), and on the tops and bottoms of my left foot. More recently, the discomforts occur in the center of my chest (near the breast bone). It's not really a pain or a pressure, it's more of a "feeling" if that makes any sense. They only last for a few seconds and then tend to move on to another body part. Meanwhile my left knee (within the last month or so) has started to take on the problems that my right knee originally had. I'm very frustrated as I have had no clear answer in the 6 months since this has started and these new discomforts are making me feel like I have something that the doctors aren't catching. Please help!
