What Causes Sharp Right Sided Pain On The Penis?
I started experiencing very sharp jabbing pain this morning on the right side of the end of my penis. The pain occurs every 5 or 10 minutes seemingly uncorrelated to any movements. I have no problems or pain urinating. No symptoms except during the brief 2 or 3 second pain attacks.

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to get Over the counter analgesics like paracetamol and see if pain settles down or not. Get urologist opinion is this doesnt settle.
Try to avoid all types of medicine you are taking as it might be side effect of those.
