I eat about 6 eggs a day either poached or boiled and have been for about a month now and also exerciseing to try to build muscle that s why I m eating the eggs for the protein. I ve heard there s a lot of cholesterol in the egg yokes with I eat 6 off a day. I m not sure if it has anything to do with the eggs or the exercise and I eat very healthy also. but I do have about 3 non sugar energy drinks a day and I drink tea with sugar. but I m been experiencing sharp pains in my heart like something is being stabbed in to my heart especially after doing crunches exercise. and sometimes its really bad that I can t move or breath in or out for a few seconds. any advice on this would be a help thank you.
