General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Abdominal pain and dizziness while having Mirena is concerning for possible displaced / malpositioned IUD. So it is best to follow up with the ER/urgent care at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
