What causes sharp pain in the back of my head during workouts?
I keep getting a sharp pain in the back of my head when ever I work out. It initially started on Sunday when I did 200 press ups. I got to 175 and ever push up after that was agony in the back of my head. I have had this before and the pain went as soon as I stopped and then I could carry on again, but now it has stayed and when I do any thing that raises my blood pressure- it is well and truly there!
Normally workouts and push-up cause increased blood flow to the targeted organs, it may be due to this! Check some associated cold like symptoms which may aggravate this feeling.
