What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Arm And Shoulder Along With Numbness In Fingers?
My left arm is driving me crazy, its painful it feel like its being twisted or put in a vice and clamped down on mainly where the muscles or the meaty part, and my first two firgers are numb and tingling and a hard bump deep under my skin thats painful to touch just below my ring finger. My two fingers have been goin numb for just about a year now. But my arm and shoulder pain has just about killed me here lately. I would appreciate any help, Thank you, Ed Wisdom

Severe pain radiating from shoulder to hand ,numbness of 1st two fingers is an indication of neuralgia. The nerves coming down from cervical vertebrae are being compressed in the inter vertebral space.Get xray of cervical vertebrae AP& lateral view. If found normal, go for MRI, Treatment is tab diclo plus pera plus spt plus MR plus tramadol tds after food . (2) cap Bcomlex tds (3) tab pentaprazol 40 mg bd, cervical collar &support to arm in a sling in the neck . Physiotherapy of the hand & fingers
