What Causes Sharp Pain And Soreness In The Right Hand?
Hi I ve been getting pins & needles in my right hand at night time only. My hand had been a bit sore & I ve had to crack my fingers alot now my arm is sore. This wakes me at night going on for about a week. Recently started training too and do alot of crochet 33 years old

I would recommend a blood profile to get all your nutritional parameters, because I am suspecting a vitamin B12 and/or folic acid deficiency also. A correction should help to relieve you of the pins and needles sensation. Also a check on your blood glucose profile just to make sure all is well there.
