Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
It seems to be due to
overweight and may be there is some underlying cardiac issue too. Because when we eat a meal, it kicks in all the systems of digestion. more and more blood is needed and channelized to the gastrointestinal tract. Heart has to pump more and with stronger force. If due to blockage in heart vessels, or due to weakness of cardiac muscles, there is less blood supply to the heart or less perfusion I say, the you may feel a pain of
angina. My question is, do you also feel
dyspnea or this pain on exertion, jogging, running etc ?
If you are
obese it causes
difficulty breathing too due to less expansion of lungs tissues and also it needs more efforts to breath in and out. It also leads to aggravation of the issues.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Consult a Cardiologist for cardiac evaluation. Reduce your weight. You may go for surgery if your surgeon has recommended one for you.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
