What Causes Severe Vaginal Pain After Intercourse?

I had sex with my boyfriend today and just used the bathroom and got this pain between where my vagina and anus are. When I wiped, there was some blood from both my vagina and anus. What could cause this? Do I need to be concerned? Will the pain stop?

hello user,severe vaginal pain and bleeding after intercourse can be due to friction,vaginal dryness,infection,cervical polyp etc..not to worry..it will subside..use condoms..maintain hygiene,use lubricants.visit gynecologist if its severe.
