What Causes Severe Tendinopathy Along With Sharp Hip Pain?
Have a severe case of gluteal tendinopathy. Been in physical therapy for 8 weeks for SI joint. Monday 4 days ago received cortizone shot in psis. Pain is sharp around the hip and tendon insertion .glutes r burning. Have already had 6 other shots in trigger point areas of the glute. How long will this discomfort last? I have tried both heat and cold with no relief.
