What Causes Severe Sweating, Dizziness And Headache Upon Exertion?

I started out having to run to the bathroom more frequently for a couple of days. The the last two days Ifelt hot while at work yet with only the back of my head sweating and my arms cold (which is not usual for me). My temp was 96.8. I ve been light headed and having headaches upon waking. But I have vertigo if I use my CPaP. 55 yo female - obese and laundry list of problems
