What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Clear Red Vomit?

Hello I was sick for 2 days with upset stomach and vomiting that kept me in bed. I felt better for two days then the same simptoms occured for another two days immobilized in bed with stomach pain in the center right below my rib cage . I went to the hospital and they could not find anything wrong with me. A week has past and I felt 100% better . Last night it hit me like a ton of bricks . I was in so much pain in my stomach I could not get up to go to the hospital. I threw up the same looking stuff as the last two times which is clear with reddish small clumps and very acidly. I am still in bed feeling back pain and slight stomach pain can you help me identify .?

the most common cause of your complain could suggest the presence of apeptic ulcer , you need upper endoscopic investigation for the diagnosis
also if there is masses in the upper endoscopy biopsy should be taken and pathologically examined.
