What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain Post Breast Conservation Surgery?
I had shoulder surgery in May and then had surgery for breast cancer. I am now on Femara and previously my shoulder pain was minimal and I could reach my arm up in all directions, now I have a lot of pain and cannot lift my shoulder up. Is the Femara contributing to this?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
