Hello,

You should take Ibuprofen to relieve the pain and you can use an ice pack in the place you feel it and take some rest. If the pain is still there you have to make some examination like X-ray or MRI and take an appointment with your doctor to evaluate your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
