General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

No, the pain is not from calcification, but from possible:

- ear problem (check it with ENT specialist)
- bad teeth on that part (check with the dentist)
- possible sinusitis (most probable virus) or
- spondyloarthritis of neck area

Massage therapy can help together with oral and local analgesics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
