What Causes Right Sided Headache?

Have a headache on the right side of my head. Ive taken aleve but the headache comes back. During intense exercise or movement too fast, it makes me feel drained? Is this a symptom of diabetes and should i go to the emergency room. This has occurred the last 3 days.

Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns....
What is your age? Are you having any visual problems? And drug u are taking? Is there any stimulus for it? Is there any vomiting associated? Any family history of migraine?
In my opinion you should visit your doctor so that you can be examined and investigated properly...
Meanwhile take rest and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
Get well soon
