What Causes Severe Pain Under Right Breast?
I have a very bad pain under right breast and it feels as if somebody is squeezing my inside tight and my body there goes hard like a muscle cramping inside then it relaxes and eventually the pain goes but if I lean over it all comes back what could this be please

It could be muscle spasm. You can use muscle relaxant sprays. Try to avoid positions which make the muscle go into spasm.
Try relaxation techniques, deep breathing, yoga may help. But don't repeat the exercise if you get muscle catch again
