General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like plantar fasciitis. We have to rule out possibilities like contusion also.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. In that case steroid injection to the sole may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
