im 13, female, 5 4 and i have a history of osgood-shlatters disease. i have had severe pain in my knee and it is swollen in the back. it s feels more like a sprained knee but i have tried asprin, ice, rest, and muscele pain reliever cream and none work! i am active and i have done a 28 mile bike ride and ever since my knee have been hurting and moderate to severe hip pain followed. for my hip pain it feels more like a joint pain then anything else. both of my problems get worse with excercise, rest, and walking around the mall for about an hour. it has been like this for about a month. it went away last weekend and came back on the same day after walking around at the state fair. this time my left knee hurt a little but then my right knee hurt severely and my hip hurt severely to. sometimes it gets so bad i can baely walk up the stairs, get up from sitting or laying down, or even make one movement with both my knees and hip. please help!
