What Causes Severe Pain In The Cervix Post Vaginal Intercourse?

I had a termination about 4 months ago and had sex 4 days later n i have been having sharp pains in my cervix and a thick yellow discharge with a smelly smell but I also got the implant put in the day of my termination. Have I got an sti or an std or vb. I have been with the same person for 4 years now

I understand your concern.
Experiencing severe pain in the cervix and yellow vaginal discharge post intercourse with previous history of termination of pregnancy indicates that you must be having infection of cervix called 'cervicitis'.
You need to get evaluated by per speculum examination and get treated with appropriate antibiotic course for its cure.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for evaluation and management.
