General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you might need to be reviewed by a neurologist to see whether pain pattern is from the skin or superficial or is related to internal conditions like migraine etc. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief. If pain is severe, more potent analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin may be needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
