What Causes Severe Pain In Knees During Winters?

Hi, my name is Valentina, I am 59 years old and lately I have lots of pains in both knees, in the cold climate is always worse to the point that I limp. I . ve noticed that dry warm weather is good for me .Also the unit I live at the moment, Is very cold , on the ground and is affecting my pains more. Would a warmer climate will help ? On top of this I suffer with sinus migrains, pretty often. The cold wind and Melbourne s weather trigger this condition a lot. Thank you so much, Best Regards, Valentina

Dear,
Pain in knees during cold is suggestive of arthritic condition, mostly age related.
A rheumatic cause could be suspected.A baseline ESR investigation needs to be done.
Besides I need to know if there associated joint pain, and/swelling in other joints of wrist, fingers, etc.
Is there difficulty in sitting and standing up, combing stairs, etc.
history of fever, chest pain, if any?

kindly revert back with the information on my personal link for more comprehensive suggestion.
