What Causes Severe Nausea And Abdominal Cramps After Eating?
My husband has had severe nausea and stomach cramping for about 5 hours now. No diarrhea and he vomited only once after taking pepto bismol. He thinks it is food poisoning but we don t know what he ate that could have caused it because I ate all the same foods. He asked me to ask the doctor how long this will last.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity, indigestion, dyspepsia, and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, if the symptoms persist then it need to be ruled out for GI disease and could be liver pathology it may be biliary disease hope this information concern.
