What Causes Severe Muscle Cramps While On Fenofibrate, Amlodipine, Losartan, Rosuvastatin And Lisinopril?

Here are the meds I take: Fenofibrate 145, Amlodopine Besylate 10mg, Losartan-HCTZ 50-125mg, Rosuvastatin Calcium 10mg and Lisinoprile 10mg. I have severe muscle cramps (charley horses) especially at night and wake up with an upset stomach almost daily. I worry about the interactions of all these drugs. My Blood Tests show almost all chemistry to be in the range . My BP is 145/75, Cholesterol is 142 and Triglycerides are 224. I believe I m having serious side effects from all these meds. What s your opinion?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Severe muscle cramps are likely due to electrolyte imbalance from the diuretic in form of Hydrochlorothiazide content of Losartan-Hydrochlorothiazide.

I recommend to discuss the same with your doctor for further dosage adjustment.

I would like to admire your further doubts anytime.

Take care.
