You had a partial knee replacement surgery, sometimes pain arises because of the loosening of the implants from the bones, infection at the surgical site, nerve or blood vessel damage or deep vein thrombosis which results in the formation of the blood clots which can get life-threatening.
Get physically examined & evaluated. You may need a new implant or immediate medical intervention & management to avoid symptoms from getting worse. To get relieved from pain you can take NSAIDs, Naproxen or Combiflam, one sos when pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
