Hello,

You have a history of whiplash so you might have the nerve roots might have been damaged. Leg pain can be caused due to problems in the lower spine. Other medical conditions causing soreness in the legs are blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. Get clinically assessed to rule out deep vein thrombosis, Sciatica, muscle sprain, PAD, any injury or shin splints.

Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. In the meantime you can take antacids & pain relievers (NSAIDS / Acetaminophen) to feel better. Severe headache is commonly due to Migraine, tension headache, headache due to sinusitis, dehydration etc. Stay well hydrated get treated at the earliest. Avoid stress (physical & emotional), anxiety, frustrations, depressions. Take adequate sleep & do regular exercises. Cut on addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
