What Causes Severe Headaches After Receiving Botox Injections?
I received Botox injections last week for my migraines and one of the injections sites is very sensitive to touch as if a nerve was hit when the injection was given. It has never happened before when I have received them before. I have called the office and they haven t gotten back with me on whether or not I need to come in to be seen. My headaches have also been bad since I received the injections. I had a really bad migraine on Sunday and I got the injections on last Wednesday. I have had to rely on pain medications since I had them.

However, you can take Ibuprofen (Motrin) or Tylenol to get relieve. Headache is a potential side effect of Botox treatment. If you have severe headache, avoid Botox treatment next time.
