hi sir /madam
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns

regarding duloxetine: it's an antidepressant drug belonging to SNRI group. it's mostly used for depression and neuropathic pain disorders in diabetes and for urinary incontinence.

it's main side effects being nausea(most common), dry mouth, constipation, dizziness...soon. your present nausea complaint mostly related to duloxetine itself but regarding headache, it may not be due to duloxetine.

regarding dosage : mostly, initial dose is 20mg and recommend effective dose is 60mg per day. greater than that dose, mostly not effective and leads to side effects. but, you didn't provide the dose your using at present an didn't mention your present symptoms for which your using duloxetine.
