hi.. i m 23 yr female.. n i m having severe hairfall since 2 to 3 months.. almost reduced to half thickness in this period... also i have developed alopecia patches around 2 x 1 cm n a smaller one... it had a v typical course.. i t starts of with a small papule which itches too much gradually breaks down forming a scab with sever itching with burnin of scalp consequently a patch developes... i m also having some dandruff.. will trichoanalysis help? my doc says its autoimmune condition... but i fail to accept it coz of the course.. can it be a fungal infection?
