What Causes Severe Fatigue?

I am a 48 year old white woman who still gets her monthlies timely, but for the past 6-8 months I am always tired, seems like I can t get enough sleep, but I wake up for the day around 6-7am on my own, I work second shift, and am in bed by 12/1230. lately I am more fatigued then ever. I eat healthy and a well balanced diet, don t eat after 7pm I haven t had sugar or wht carbs in 4wks, I try to exercise but have no ambition,

Thank you for trusting HCM

Since you are experiencing fatigue, I would recommend getting Thyroid levels checked .Hypothyroidism can cause chronic fatigue.
Other causes of fatigue include stress, depression, sleep apnoea which also needs to be looked into.
