Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain the symptoms that you have described of having burning eye, feeling of bruised face and teeth aching along with congestion and runny nose are all indicative of SINUSITIS..

In case of dental infection the particular tooth pains and there can be swelling on face and radiating pain to entire jaw on same side as well as eye but runny nose and congestion and aching of all teeth and other symptoms are also descriptive of sinusitis and not dental pain..

I would suggest you to first consult an ENT surgeon and get evaluated and in case if there is Sinusitis antibiotics, antihistamines, decongestants (oral as well as nasal spray) can be relieving as only nasal spray can provide
de-congestion but cannot cure infection..

In case you have any tooth decay also you need to consult a dentist and get treated accordingly..

Hope this information helps..
