Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe cramps in legs and feet along with severe headaches which seems to be due to viral infection leading to acute gastroenteritis , sinusitis , disc problem or sciatica . Soemtimes vitamin deficiency like vitamin B 12 or allergic reaction can also cause such symptoms. I would suggest you to visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. You should avoid intake of outside food. You should lessen use of milk and milk products. Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine or ENT specialist for condition like meniere's disease. Avoid stress , drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration. Avoid fast foods, carbonated drinks & gas producing food products like cabbage and dairy product, etc. Also take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle and bone problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
