What Causes Severe Calf Pain And Cramps During Nights Along With Heart Palpitation?

I have calf pain and get cramps at night. My caves hurt 24/7 I don t sleep well and I m tired all the time. I have mvp but my palpitations have been worse. I ve been to my Dr. my labs showed low T3 of 16 and RDW just one point low. She said everything was good. I m still stuck with not feeling well and hurting with these symptons. Any suggestions for my symptoms

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe calf pain and cramps during nights along with heart palpitation . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like asthma , atrial fibrillation , panic attack , heart rhythm disorder , excessive caffeine use , anxiety disorder and GERD . I would suggest you to take light and non spicy meal specially at night , take frequent and small meals , take light walk after every meal and start taking vitamin E supplement for at least a week , because the symptoms can also occur sometimes due to deficiency of vitamin E . Consult cardiologist to rule out more serious problem . Doctor may order certain test like ECG , TMT , complete blood profile and checking vitals and treat it accordingly .
