What Causes Severe Back Pain , Abdominal Cramps And Facial Acne During Ovulation Period?
I m getting a lot of cramps and back pain and severe facial acne when I ovulate. The back pain more often then not is a stiffness that makes it so I can t bend at all. My abdomen is also tender when touched around my c-section scar about two days before ovulation. I ve never had this problem until 5 months ago. I have a 2 year old and a one year old, and have just recently weaned my youngest. I ve also have a lot of hot flashes, and random nausea. What is happening to me? This really doesn t feel normal or healthy.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In view of the recent origin of your symptoms, pelvic causes like endometriosis, tubal infections, hormonal disturbances are to be suspected. An abdominal and pelvic sonogram will help to know the status of the internal organs, and detect any endometrial patches over the scar, tubes etc., that could be the cause of the pain. Facial acne can be treated with local applications, antibiotic and dietary modifications. If you did not get sterilized, pregnancy also should be excluded. Hormone profile helps to know if there is any aberration that needs to be corrected. Hope this helps.
