What Causes Severe Anxiety And Sleeplessness?

Hello doctor I have recently been suffering extreme anxiety and fear. After a panic attack I don t sleep well to this and I don t feel happy at all I did try petril 0.25. To calm my nerves. It it did. Not work I just have s fear that I may get another panic attack e.g. Shaking hands heavy heartbeat The one that scares me the most is Shaky hands as I sign papers all the time and due to panic . My signature does not match due to the shaking hands Thus has left me very depressed. Can you suggest any excellent medicine for no more shaky hands and anxiety and some to make me feel happy and confident again. I am 45 and weigh 70 kgs
