What Causes Severe Acne On Forehead?

Hello sir, I have severe acne problem on forehead area? I have dandruff and have extremely tanned skin. Please suggest me best antibiotic and applicable ointment for curing severe pimples and most importantly to remove my dark spots and tan. Thank you

Hi,
I can understand your problem.
Your problem of acne is related to or aggravated by the dandruff. So you need to treat both of them.
For acne, you can start with benzoyl peroxide cream. If they are severe then you can add topical antibiotics like clindamycine also. Topical or oral tretinoins can also be used.
Avoid application of oil to your hair, it will aggravated both. Wash face with mild face wash 2-3 times a day.
For dandruff, you can use shampoo containing ketoconazole, thrice a week.
Please consult a dermatologist for these treatments because they are prescription drugs.
