What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Nausea And Vomiting?

I have been sick since I was 17 dihrea vomiting nausea severe amdominal pains had galbladder and appendix removed im 22 NOW still having the same problems what could it be they thought pancreatitus but then they said no im so lost and tired of being sick andneed to be healthy so I can keep a job please some one help me no one has figured it out and

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of sickness for the last 5 years that is since you were 17 and now you are 22. Complains of vomiting, nausea, abdominal pains, has gall bladder and appendix removed. Doctors thought of pancreatitis but not found any evidence.
If all the investigations are within normal limits and 2 surgeries have not helped you at the young age to get a relief of pains, this may be IBS, means irritable bowel syndrome.
Get started on this line of problem.
Get a control over your stress and anxiety.
Make a list of things that instigate or enhance your problems. Stop all these things and see you may be better.
